I quit my prison job to help men lose their V-cards… I’m always on the hunt for more virgins to nurture, it’s not creepy
AFTER working in the prison system for years, one woman left her career for a very different role.
The 32-year-old revealed how her work with locked up men inspired her to pursue a career creating saucy content online.
Speaking on the Holly Randall Unfiltered podcast, adult star Millie Morgan got candid about her experiences.
The California native explained that she previously worked with prisoners, and it was this line of work that encouraged her to create spicy content online.
“My work in prisons was one of the reasons that I decided I was going to take the leap and start doing porn,” Millie said.
“Before I jumped into porn, I would dabble every now and again with acting, particularly when an organisation I was working with would need actors to come in to work in prisons.”
She described the “unique programme” that taught maximum secruity prisoners how to write scripts.
“There’s so much that you can learn, a lot of their language skills and their writing skills aren’t fully developed,” she explained.
“It was a matter of preparing them for job interviews with their writing skills, their public speaking skills, acting and just hearing their words out loud.
“And also just revisiting their trauma through their lives and being able to find a new ending, and be light-hearted, not everything has to be so serious in prison.”
Millie revealed that working in the facilities was a “pretty intense process.”
“They have to screen you and background check you, when you’re going in you have to sign paper work that says they don’t negotiate for hostages,” she said.
And while some of the programme participants occasionally hit on her, she clarified they were “very kind and respectful.”
However, Millie said she was more than aware of the effect her presence in the prison had.
“We had a channel on the television at the facility that ran 24/7, we’d done so many plays and they’d record them and just run them 24/7 on this channel,” she explained.
“I had the thought ‘How many of these plays have I been in? How many times a day am I on that TV?’
“And then I was just thinking, statistically, sometimes they have things to masturbate to but probably not.
What is OnlyFans?
OnlyFans is a subscription content service based in London.
As of 2023, it is thought to have more than 220million registered users and over three million content creators.
Sex workers charge monthly fees for access to pictures, videos and more.
While popular for porn, the site isn’t exclusively designed with that in mind – anyone who wants to build up a fan base and charge them for it can set one up.
Celebs like Katie Price and Kerry Katona are popular personalities on the platform.
“Whether you’re uploading tutorials, tips, behind-the-scenes footage or just endless selfies, a lot of your followers would be willing to pay for them,” the company states.
For every subscription that’s sold to a viewer, performers get 80 per cent of the cash while OnlyFans gets the rest.
It isn’t limited to adult content, as it has become popular with physical fitness experts and musicians.
“I was just realising that there must be so many incarcerated men masturbating to me.”
Millie came to the conclusion that if there are “large groups of guys” pleasuring themselves to her, then she should be compensated in return.
“All those orgasms are just locked and loaded, so I just thought ‘Let’s expand the market,'” she continued.
As well as inspiring her to pursue a career as an adult content creator, Millie revealed that her work in the prison made her “comfortable” with the idea of men masturbating to her.
She explained that she had briefly considered the idea when she was “broke at 18 in college,” even suggesting a cam session to her then-boyfriend.
However, she held off, putting “a lot of thought” into whether she might one day want to pursue a “serious acting career.”
“I sat on my hands, I was a very good girl throughout my 20s, I had my big girl job, and did my big girl things,” Millie recalled.
“But at a certain point, I was just thought ‘I’m over it.’”
While she acknowledged that an earlier start would’ve helped her build a “really nice audience,” the content creator said she was glad to have had her younger years to be a “messy human” in private.
“It’s really beneficial to have life experience before you get into porn, regardless of age,” she said.
When she did finally make the leap, Millie revealed that it was “kind of a spontaneous thing even though I’d been doing research for a while.”
I thought it would just get a little bit of sexual tension out, be a little side hustle but it changed my life completely.

“I didn’t really feel ready but I just knew I needed to dive in and just do it and rip the band aid off,” she said as she recalled her first time camming.
“My first week camming, I look back on that time so fondly because it was just so much fun.
“I did not sleep, I was going to my nine to five job during the day and then rushing to get home and just log on and camming into the night and it was so thrilling for me.”
Soon, Millie realised that she could build a career from the lucrative hobby.
“What surprised me the most was that it was something I could pivot my life towards, it opened up the possibilities of what my life could be,” she told podcast listeners.
“I thought it would just get a little bit of sexual tension out, be a little side hustle but it changed my life completely.”
She continued to work as a camgirl for another three years before moving to studio shoots.
Millie revealed that this move was one that she always wanted to make eventually.
However, an unexpected internet outage while she was living in Joshua Tree with her then-boyfriend provided a “serendipitous” moment where the “timing felt right.”
Camming wasn’t an option so she took it as a sign to move forward in her career.
After ending things with her boyfriend, she made the move to LA, which she described as “a blessing.”
And while she has made a wide variety of content, including her first ever shoot with a man wearing a mascot head, Millie has since focused her attention to other projects.
Most recently she has been working with some of her dedicated followers to take their virginities.
“I’ve only had the opportunity so far with one fan but that’s because I’m very meticulous and careful about the selection process,” she explained.
She described the unnamed long-time fan as someone who is “so special to me.”
“He’s been around my online presence since I started on chat rooms,” Millie revealed.
I told him: ‘If you come out here, I’ll take your V-card and we’ll film it.’

“About a month into camming was when he came into my chat room so I’ve known him for a long time at this point.
“We’d known each other for about three years when we filmed together.”
She recalled meeting him “at a number of expos” over the years and thinking “he’s such a sweet guy, he’s so nice.”
Placing him in his mid-30s, Millie explained that he was a virgin and “just very inexperienced.”
“I was his first everything, when my relationship ended and I started doing porn and I rebranded myself into my ‘slut era,’ I told him: ‘If you come out here, I’ll take your V-card and we’ll film it.'”
After getting tested, he made his way to LA and the pair “did the thing.”
“When he came, we spent a few times just hanging out, going on a couple of dates,” she recalled.
She explained how on the way home from one of their dates, they encountered a car full of teens at a red light.
“It was a Friday night so they were just being rowdy and rambunctious, so they’ve the windows down and I see one of them mouth: ‘Is that your man?'” Millie said.
She described how “the whole car went crazy” at this revelation.
“They’re ooh-ing and ahh-ing and saying: ‘That’s not your man,'” she continued.
“He’s blushing so hard and I’m rolling down the window to go back and forth with them and they say: ‘Y’all should kiss’ so I just immediately grabbed him and laid one on him.
“I didn’t know that was his first kiss ever, it was not on camera but that was really spontaneous and cute in the moment.”
She recalled how the man was then “really really nervous when we were actually getting down to things.”
However, she described the encounter as “a really valid experience” for them both.
“What I didn’t expect was for the video to be as successful as it was but I think people who are still virgins find a lot of hope in that,” she said.
Millie revealed that she “wants very much” to keep working with virgins but that she is being very selective with her next partner.
“I do have some virgins that I’ve been nurturing if you will, I am always trying to nurture more virgins,” she said.
